Paapa Essiedu: Did Warner Bros. think the decision of casting this actor as Severus Snape through?

Paapa Essiedu: Did Warner Bros. think the decision of casting this actor as Severus Snape through? Hello readers,  Today i wish to discuss a possibly controversial topic, that has taken to media over the last couple of months amongst harry Potter fans, as Paapa Essiedu was announced to be taking on the role of Severus Snape in the Upcoming retelling series for Harry Potter. The reason this is so controversial isn’t based on racism for me but rather adheres to how this series has been said to want to focus on a more accurate retelling of the Harry Potter Series.  Racism VS the Description of Snape in the Books Now before I get called names, lets look at the description used to describe Snape from my copy of Harry Potter and the Sorcerors Stone. A Film Satire Article or is it?: Why I should be President of Lucasfilm following Kathleen Kennedy’s Departure.

A Film Satire Article or is it?: Why I should be President of Lucasfilm following Kathleen Kennedy’s Departure. Hello Readers, As many of my peers and friends know, I am a very ambitious person, and as such, my ambitions and level of intellect force me to act in such a way that is dominated by my ego. As I joke about with many on a constant basis, I believe I would be an above average candidate to be chosen by Bob Iger to replace Kathleen Kennedy, once her contract with Lucasfilm expires.  So i decided to talk my plan out and why I would be such a grand choice for Disney, to choose, to replace KK, and the reason I want the Job so bad. Why I don’t believe Favreau, or someone who works at Lucasfilm presently would be good Candidates, why I would exceed expectations. Now many of you know how I am a supporter of Jon Favreau, replacing KK, and that is the hope of many within the Star Wars Fandom.  I would suggest going against this as we want Favreau, working on projects tha...

Debunking the Misogynistic Kathleen Kennedy Argument:Film Feminism, The Male Gaze, and My Solution to How Participants and Creators Can Achieve a Better Open Dialogue, When it Comes to Franchise’s.  Hello Readers, Today I will be discussing a touchy subject for many of you. And before you begin to call me a misogynist or other foul distasteful names, let me explain my background with Feminism, and how I have come to understand feminist film from a Film Studies Perspective.  For one my family business I currently work for was started by my Grandmother, whom I have the utmost respect for and 95% of our employees to this day are female and this has been the way of my company all my life.  Second the films i grew up with Star Wars in particular, while they utilized the male gaze, a term described throughout film studies, depicted stronger female representation than the current representation of women in Hollywood, which is by criticism of both Male and Female fans alike, poor...
